Chapter four · Partner With Us

What we're
looking for now.

ShropshireAI is pre-revenue but pre-positioned. The next six months are about turning positioning into delivery.

Three things on the table

How you can
be part of it.

01 · Partners

Partner organisations across the four strands

Anchor institutions and sector bodies to formalise the partnership architecture.

Agriculture: agricultural networks and research institutions.

Local business & tourism: place partnerships and business support organisations.

Heritage & culture: heritage trusts, museums and cultural bodies.

Public sector: councils and statutory partners.

02 · Funding

Feasibility funding

The six-month feasibility phase can be supported through a combination of pilot project pre-commitments and direct funding.

Innovate UK BridgeAI, MHCLG Local AI and UKSPF successors are all credible routes — and the work of mapping which partners can access which is exactly what feasibility is for.

03 · Pilots

First-mover pilot commitments

One named pilot project in each of the four strands, ready to begin once feasibility confirms scope.

These become the proof points everything else is built on. The first organisations to commit are the ones that get to define what 'good' looks like.
